Overview
A-Mazing Sea brings the museum experience inside a fully interactive maze environment, featuring five Experience Galleries filled with interactive activities.

Experience galleries encourage in-depth exploration of sea turtles, seals & sea lions, sharks, octopuses and whales. In addition, the journey between experience galleries is driven by questions and answers that challenge visitor knowledge and reward learning with a stamp-as-you-go passport.

Sea Turtle Shell: What’s it like to wear your house? Climb into life-sized sea turtle shells and experience the world from their point of view.

Feel a Meal: Reach into an octopus cave and grab a hold of dinner- from the octopus’ point of view.

Get a Thrill Be a Krill: Crawl through a whale’s mouth for an insider’s perspective!

Whales of the World: How big is a whale? Is it as big as a car/ a school bus? An elephant? Compare and find out!

Seal/Sea Lion Zoetrope: Takes the flip book to a whole new level. Spin the wheel to reveal the differences between how seals and sea lions move in water and on land.

A-Mazing Adventure Card: Answer questions correctly and navigate the maze to collect all 5 stamps and complete your journey.

Sea Turtle Quiz: Is a sea turtle a fish? Can they breathe underwater? Flip doors convey bite sized, easy to digest bits of info about sea turtles.

Look Up! Can you tell the Difference? You’re a shark looking for prey – look up from beneath the surface of the water to see if you can discern between a sea lion and a surfer.

How can you Tail? Moveable models of four different sea mammals use sight, touch and play to discover different swimming styles.

Toddler Play Area: Put on a puppet show, solve puzzles or sit down with a good book, kids ages 2-6 can choose from many fun and educational activities within a themed play-space.

Creature Search: Embark on a sea creature quest in the Mini-Maze. Spin a giant wheel and dive into the nooks and crannies in search of your creature.
