A-Mazing Sea Released to the Public February 3, 2004 This exciting, educational exhibit is a 2,000-5,000 sq. ft. sea themed environment with over 100 interactive, curriculum and theme elements, providing a multi-sensory experience for the entire family. A-Mazing Sea was created in collaboration with the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk, CT., where it was featured from February 2001 - January 2002. Investigate a fun undersea adventure that challenges children and adults on many levels. Intriguing questions throughout the maze sharpen problem-solving skills while providing a compelling conservation education ñ all wrapped up in an unmatched sensory experience. Climb into sea turtle shells, crawl through a whale's mouth, reach into the octopus cave, spin the animated seal and sea lion zoetropes, and much more! A-Mazing Sea is a truly extraordinary interactive visitor experience, and for the first time this superb traveling exhibit has been released to the public. DIVE INTO THE MYSTERIOUS SEA The ambient sound effects of seascapes, sea lions and whales draw you into the A-Mazing Sea environment. Question and answer decision points transform the act of walking through the maze into a fun learning process. Game cards drive the experience by creating a "quest" to solve riddles and identify sea creatures. In the 2,400 square foot Giant Maze, delve into five exciting rooms full of sensory experiences, hands on activities, riddles, flip door quiz panels, puzzles, and conservation curriculum. Next, dive into a winding world of walls in search of colorful hidden sea creatures in the challenging Mini-Maze. And for the little ones, romp and roll around the sea-themed Toddler Play Area.
